Staff Showcase - Welcome Sara Bohman!

My name is Sara Bohman. I am the new Art teacher at John Long Middle School. I am very excited to work with such wonderful students, staff, and parents. This year will be filled with fun and creative art projects the students are sure to enjoy!

After student teaching in the Port Washington/Saukville District, I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Milwaukee. I then was a long-term substitute teacher for Art at Muskego Norway High School. From there, I substituted in and around Milwaukee County. Toward the end of the 2013 school year I was a long-term substitute for Special Education at Sheboygan Falls Elementary school.

I enjoy art of course! I love to paint and do anything creative. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking and sight-seeing. I also love spending time with my five siblings in my home town, Sheboygan, WI.

I anticipate a great school year and am eager to educate my students about all of the wonderful possibilities in art. Feel free to call or email me with questions or concerns.
