The last Parent Group meeting of the year will be held May 1st at 7 pm.  We have not had any parents express interest in the open positions of President or Vice President.  Don't want to do it alone?  Form a committee with friends!  Without leadership, this organization will not run.  What does this mean?  Field trip costs will be increased because the Parent Group helps to offset these costs, our teachers and school will not receive curriculum enhancement grants like the ones used for the SMART Boards, flag pole, pottery wheels, software, etc.  The Parent Group also sponsors Battle of the Books awards, Physical Education Challenge, 8th Grade promotion and Community Connection Day, to name a few.  Please contact Leslie Peters 377-2756 or jlpg@grafton.k12.wi.us if you would be interested in helping this group to continue.
