Black Hawk Football Camp and Summer Strength & Conditioning Programs
1.  Summer Strength and Conditioning - Grafton High School will offer summer strength and conditioning classes again this summer for students Grade 5-8 through the Summer Learning Community.  This is a great opportunity for young athletes to learn the basics of strength and performance training and prepare for a fall sport.  Questions can be directed to Ben Chossek at GHS 262-376-5636.

2.  Black Hawk Football Camp
 - The Grafton Black Hawk Football staff will again be offering the Black Hawk Football Camp this year in July.  It is designed for players currently in grades 4-8 interested in preparing to play football this fall.  Questions can be directed to Ben Chossek at GHS 262-376-5636.

JLMS Parent Group News

1.  This Friday 5/18/12 from 10:30 pm - 2:30am is our 8th Grade Fun Night at Marcus Theatres!  We had 60 kids signed up as of this morning, so it is going to be a great turn out.  Check in at 10:30 pm at Marcus North Shore Theatres.  Pizza, Sundaes, games and photo booth until the movie starts at12:00 or shortly thereafter. Popcorn and soda included!  Walk-ins welcome (price $30).  Thanks!

2.  School Supply Kits for next year are now available to purchase ONLINE!  IMPORTANT:  Please read the attached form carefully as some bonus items are not included in the kits but are required.  They are sold on the Schoolkidzwebsite, at the time you buy your kits, for your convenience.  But they are not included because many parents already have the items or you have to make a choice.  Backpacks and other items are also sold on this websitefor our school (these items are not imprinted with JLMS or our schoollogo),  Check it out!!

3.  We are having a final recycling Fundraiser drive. Please send in any used printer cartridges, old or broken cellphones/laptops/MP3s/GPS/Radar detectors/digital cameras and video cameras/gold-platinum-silver jewelry and we will send it in for cash for our school.

Champions Basketball Clinic
On Sunday, May 20th, from 9:00am - 11:00am there will be a basketball clinic for grades 1 through 8 at Grafton High School.  Hannah and Sarah Eichler plus other GHS Basketball Staff will be there to help!

K-1 & 2-3 Grafton Summer Basketball LeagueSunday nights, May-July.

Grafton School District Summer Learning Classes
For the sixth consecutive year the Grafton School District will provide a variety of learning opportunities for ALL children during the summer. The desire of the School District is to provide children with learning opportunities year round, so they may value learning as a life-long endeavor.  The registration forms for the Grafton Summer Learning Program should be mailed back as soon as possible. First priority registration will begin on March 26. Registrations will be accepted until May 18 or until classes are filled. We are all looking forward to a summer of learning!
